I work with a wide variety of psychological and emotional difficulties, whether you have a diagnosed mental health condition or not. Some of the many areas supported include anxiety and depression, bereavement, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, addiction, relationship issues, work-related stress, bullying and harassment, confidence issues, as well as fertility concerns, and major life transitions such as divorce. I also work with young people and families from the age of 12.
Following my 30+ years of practice as a psychologist, I have developed specialist expertise in the psychological impact of physical health conditions, including cardiac, neurological, gastrointestinal, gynaecological, musculoskeletal, and oncological conditions, as well as psychophysiological disorders and physical disability.
